Questions
- What is the meter?
- Each plan comes with an allowance this week. The meter shows how much of it you have used, as a percentage. Reading never moves it; asking, following a topic and using the web do, in proportion to the work.
- What happens at 100%?
- Reading keeps working. Asking waits for the next reset, uses a boost, or continues on extra usage if you added some. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Does unused usage roll over?
- No. The meter refills at the start of each week. Extra usage you buy never expires.
- Why do premium models use more?
- Claude Sonnet and Opus cost far more to run than the default model. The picker tells you the multiple before you switch, and the meter shows the effect after.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Any time, from your plan page. Upgrades apply immediately with a quoted amount; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
